FOOD?

I ordered my usual mushrooms with cheese and some greens on toast. The mushrooms were juicy and the ingredients were fresh. Serving portions are filling and tasty. There was not a huge variety of items on the menu, just the usual standard brunch items – big brekky, eggs benedict etc.

Easy-to-access near Ashburton train station and a bike track is close by. For a suburban cafe it is convenient and the menu offers a basic variety of cafe choices. I recommend heading here if you’re in th East side and giving Milk Cloud a go.

SERVICE?

Average service, orders are placed at the register.

AMBIENCE?

A casual cafe amongst the strip of Ashburton shops. Perfect for locals and anyone who is after a decent breakfast, lunch or coffee with a friend. Outdoor seating and upstairs view available so feel free to bring you dog along. Magazines and newspapers on the shelf too if you want to just sit back and relax.

VALUE?

Reasonably priced.

BOOKINGS?

Don’t think it’s necessary to make a booking here, just stop by and give it a go! There is more room upstairs so plenty of tables to go round.
